You can learn more about Dr. Millet, like his additional training, by continuing to read below.

Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. Millet has always enjoyed working with his hands. He remembers his dad teaching him to read before kindergarten on a chalkboard, and he specifically told him that he should become a dentist. He never gave that moment much thought until after high school. Then, it dawned on him that he could have it all by becoming a dentist because he would get to help people, work with his hands, and make his own schedule!

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Millet completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston and went on to attend U.T. Dental School in Houston, where he met his wife who was on the physician track. Since graduating with his degree, he has taken continuing education courses in surgical procedures and endodontics.

Most recently, he attended an implant and sinus lift course at the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia, as well as ridge expansion courses in Chicago. Today, Dr. Millet remains an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry as well as an active student at the prestigious Kois Center.

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Dr. Millet got married to his wife who he met in dental school, Rainey, in 1997. Together, they have four children, two dogs, and a cat. They’re excited to welcome their first grandchild to the world soon! Outside of the office, Dr. Millet loves anything with two wheels, like dirt biking and mountain biking. He also enjoys pickleball, going on medical mission trips (and is planning an upcoming trip to Nepal), and sports. An interesting fact about Dr. Millet is that he rode his bicycle across Canada!
